Your Library Card

Activating an Atlantic Cape ID Card

  • Bring your college ID to the Circulation Desk at any of the three Atlantic Cape libraries.
    • Rutgers students, bring your RU ID card. You will get a guest card to use for Atlantic Cape resources.

No ID card? Visit Student Services to get your card made up. Don't forget to bring proof of registration/employment (staff), and a valid photo ID.

Evening or weekend student? Part of our Early College program? If you can't get to campus during the hours when the ID card office is staffed, we can set you up with a temporary card. You will need to log into Self Service to verify that you are a current student, and present a valid photo ID.

Online student? If you take all your classes online and don't come to campus, we can set you up with a temporary card, and help you to get a permanent card. You'll need to send us your Student ID number, which can be found in Self Service.

Guest Cards

Community borrowers can get a guest card by visiting the Circulation Desk at any of the three Atlantic Cape libraries. Be sure to bring a valid photo ID and proof of residence.

All borrowers must complete a Library User Agreement.
