Arriving on Campus: Home

Before you Come to the Library

  • You must fill out the Health Assessment form prior to your arrival on campus
    • It's best to use your phone, and you must save the response to show at the entrance to campus.
    • You must do this on the day you are visiting. Filling out the form the day before will not work; the response cannot be used the following day.
  • Upon completion of this assessment, and depending upon your answers to the questions, you will receive either a green check mark or a red stop sign.
    • If you receive a green check mark, a confirmation code is created and will also be emailed to the email address you provided on the assessment.  You will need this daily confirmation code for access into buildings on any of the three campuses.
    • If you received a red stop sign, please do not come to campus.  Please follow the directions provided at the bottom of the screen.

Check the specific procedures for the campus you intend to visit.
